Which VR headsets does Your Virtual Home run on?
Your Virtual Home is available from the Meta Quest store on all Meta Quest headsets (Quest 1, Quest 2, Quest 3, and Quest Pro)
How can I get support if something goes wrong?

Will I walk into objects while using the app?
No, Your Virtual Home is used without any mobility. You can sit or stand while using the app. When you have loaded your house model into the app you can teleport around using the controllers.
How much does Your Virtual Home cost to use?
The app itself is free to download and use, though you will need to contact us for the pricing to access the server for model uploading.
What is the process for viewing the model in the headset?
Once you have been signed up to use Your Virtual Home, you will be provided with a portal where you can upload your house models. From this portal, you can request an automated code, which is entered in the app on your VR headset, this will load the model and allow you select a starting point to view it at 1:1 scale.
My model isn’t loading in the app.
The first step should be ensuring your headset is connected to your wireless network (WIFI) and is online. If the issue persists, check there are no outstanding updates for your headset or the Your Virtual Home app. If the issue isn’t resolved, reach out to us for support at:

My house is very small, how do I make it full scale?
When you load a house into the app, it will first be created at mini-scale to allow you to correctly orientate it, as well as place the origin point, which is where you will be placed on the model once you confirm the orientation. Once you have set the house to the correct orientation and choose a starting point, you can confirm the settings and you will be loaded into the 1:1 scale.
Why is my house upside down in the app?
Each 3d model software has a different idea of which direction should be “up”, when you download and load your model into the app, a control panel will show up on your right, along with a mini-scale version of your house allowing you to rotate your house and choose a starting point before placing you in the full scale house.
The app is crashing on my headset.
